Privacy Policy
How Hagimo Holdings collects, uses, and protects information. Effective October 7, 2026.
Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Hagimo Holdings, LLC (“Hagimo,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through hagimo.com and the applications and tools Hagimo operates. Hagimo Holdings, LLC is located at 4013 Flowing Creek Dr, Franklin, TN 37064.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you contact us by email, phone, or through this website, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our web server records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of each request. We use it to operate and maintain the site.
- Client engagement data. Data provided to Hagimo under a client engagement, including any protected health information, is governed by the written agreements for that engagement, such as a Business Associate Agreement or data use agreement, rather than by this website policy.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, communicate with clients and partners, operate our website and applications, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Google user data
Some Hagimo applications use Google APIs, including the Gmail API, so that authorized users can connect their own Google accounts to tools that help them read, search, organize, draft, and send their own email. When a user grants access:
- The application accesses Google user data only to provide the features the user has requested.
- Access tokens are stored locally on the user’s own device and are not transmitted to Hagimo’s servers.
- Google user data is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the requested features, to comply with law, or with the user’s consent.
- Users can revoke access at any time from their Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Hagimo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business and are bound to protect it, when required by law, or with your consent. When an engagement involves specialists from Hagimo’s extended network, Hagimo remains your point of contact and shares only what the engagement requires.
Retention and protection
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law or contract, and we use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
