Our platform manages billions of medical records sourced through strategic partnerships with leading clearinghouses, EMR/EHR vendors, payers, and managed care plans. We deliver actionable intelligence across multiple verticals: clinical trial recruitment and feasibility, litigation support and discovery, regulatory compliance, environmental analytics, payer analytics, and TPA assessments.

Our Track Record

Hagimo's leadership team has operated in the healthcare data space since 2003, beginning with the formation of Provisio, Inc. in Nashville. Provisio's iTrials™ platform became the analytics engine of choice for all twenty of the top global pharmaceutical companies, along with dozens of smaller biomedical firms and CROs. The de-identification methods pioneered at Provisio—concatenation of protected health information, statistical whitening, and cryptographic hashing—have since become an industry standard.

In 2006, the platform received one of the first third-party HIPAA conformal certifications in the United States, issued by Fritz Scheuren (then Vice President for Statistical Standards at the American Statistical Association) and Dr. Patrick Baier, a mathematician specializing in cryptography:
